High-Rise Condo Tower Planned for Downtown Austin

Real estate firm Urbanspace is behind the development of The Modern Austin Residences, a 55-story, 345-unit condominium tower planned in Austin, Texas, the company announced in July. The skyscraper, set for construction at 610 Davis Street downtown, will offer floor plans from one to four bedrooms. Ranging from 600 to more than 5,000 ft2, unit prices will start in the US$400,000s to US$5 million-plus. The Modern Austin will offer more than 28,000 ft2 of amenities across four levels. Among them are indoor and outdoor lounges on multiple floors, a fitness center, private dining areas with catering kitchens, a business center, an Olympic swimming pool, a dog run and dog wash, storage facilities and more. Construction and unit sales are set to begin in the first half of 2022.
