HRE Development Unveils Dubai’s Tower B at SkyHills Astra

HRE Development unveiled Astra Tower B at the SkyHills Astra project, located in Dubai Science Park in Dubai, ME Construction News reports. Following the successful launch of Tower A, SkyHills Astra garnered attention for its elevated design and accessibility. The towers are located opposite Dubai Hills Estate, and Tower B will offer a variety of amenities for residents, including a gym, yoga retreat, paddle court, pools and a dual track podium spanning more than 500 m. The podium will feature one lane for running and another for grounding. HRE Development has also partnered with Dubai Cares, committing US$8.17 million in support for its global education programs. The partnership will aim to provide residents with amenities and views that will directly contribute to the investment in the education of children in developing countries. Each resident will receive a personalized certificate from Dubai Cares, acknowledging their contribution to the cause.
