Hurley Named GM of Wurtec Canada

Wurtec, a family-owned company headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, that engineers, manufactures and distributes tools and components for the elevator trade, announced it has named Mike Hurley as general manager (GM) of Wurtec Canada. Hurley is based at Wurtec’s Vancouver, B.C., office. He has been with Wurtec for more than 13 years, including as British Columbia branch manager based in Burnaby, B.C.; and Toronto branch manager. During his time at Wurtec, Hurley has consistently supplied Canadian elevator industry customers with “vital tools, components and cut-to-length rope and cables,” Wurtec stated.
