Hyperion Solutions Announces Acquisition of Titan Machine Corp.

Hyperion Solutions, a premier integrated provider of systems and components, digital solutions and technical services for the vertical transportation industry, has confirmed the acquisition of Titan Machine Corp. Since 1973, Long Island City, NY-based Titan Machine has been a leader in furnishing new elevator and hoistway equipment and providing a unique blend of custom machine and repair services to the elevator industry. Carlos Escobar, owner of Titan Machine, will be a part of the Hyperion leadership team. The new Hyperion company and family of brands was formally introduced at the 2022 National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) in Louisville, KY. Maven Group, LLC facilitated the transactions on behalf of Titan Machine. Sterrett Lloyd, chief executive officer of Hyperion, said, “As an integral part of our Technical Services business sphere, the addition of Titan Machine reinforces our commitment to continued growth, innovation, and delivering an exceptional experience for our customers under one roof.”
