On May 3, Hyundai Elevator signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Cultural Affairs Department of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to exchange human resources (HR) and technology, the Korea IT Times reports. Hyundai Elevator plans to build a strategic network with the Saudi government and industry by activating HR and technology exchanges in various fields such as sales, service and installation. The company will operate internship programs for Saudi undergraduates at domestic or overseas universities, introduce job-placement programs for qualified graduates and expand local recruitment for projects in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi side will plan and operate HR and technology exchange programs, including settlement training for Hyundai Elevator’s locally dispatched employees and courses for business professionals in the Middle East.
