In Memoriam: Robert Michael Coronato

Coronato

Robert Michael “Bob” Coronato, founder and co-owner of Toccoa, Georgia-based elevator fixture specialist PTL Equipment, passed away on March 8 at age 86 in Demorest, Georgia. With his late, beloved wife, Irene, to whom he was married for 60 years, Coronato traveled the world for business and to serve others through short-term Christian missions. Coronato’s greatest passions were faith and family. He is remembered as an amazing husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a member of Encounter Church in Toccoa. Survivors include children, Cheryl, Bobby, Cynthia, David and Victoria; 21 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. PTL said of Coronato: “He was a storyteller to the end, sharing his life stories of healing and redemption, miracles and wonders, testifying to goodness of God and the breakthrough power of prayer.
