India’s TJEI Wins Prestigious 60-Elevator Contract for Gurugram Development

Toshiba Johnson Elevators (India) Pvt. Ltd. (TJEI) on June 12 announced it won a prestigious contract to supply 60 high-speed ELCOSMO-IIIL elevators to Tulip Infratech’s Platinum Collection Tulip MONSELLA in Gurugram, India. Tulip MONSELLA is an ultra-luxury project in one of the city’s prime locations — Golf Course Road — sprawling across 20 acres as a transit-oriented development. Slated for completion by 2030, the mixed-use group-housing complex consists of 10 residential towers standing 145 m with 36 to 40 floors each and an exclusive commercial tower with a limited 14 units. The project is also home to the iconic Sky Hub, which developer Tulip Infratech describes as the property’s unique selling point, “symbolizing the pinnacle of opulence.” With expansive indoor and lavishly landscaped outdoor areas, the Sky Hub boasts a library, a lounge, a gym, a yoga deck, a pool and more — joining the towers at their pinnacle 137 m in the sky.
