Indonesian authorities reported a fatal elevator incident on July 5 in the country’s province of Lampung that left seven construction workers dead and two others critically injured, XINHUANET reports. The incident occurred at a private school in Bandar Lampung, the province’s capital city. Local officials told the source that the nine workers were aboard a freight elevator that dropped from the fifth floor of the building, which officials believe was due to excess weight.
