Industry Veteran Milefchik Named COO at Two Companies

Industry veteran Rick Milefchik has been named chief operating officer (COO) for both Access Elevator & Electric Supply in Emeryville, California, and Quality Elevator Products, Inc., in Niles, Illinois, Milefchik recently announced. Most recently, he was president and COO at ECS Corporation in Broadview, Illinois, a role he held for nearly 10 years. Milefchik spent more than 32 years in sales at KONE. In announcing his new roles, Milefchik said he was fortunate to start in the industry as a 16-year-old at what was then Montgomery Elevator, going on to work for KONE when it acquired Montgomery. With more than 40 years in the vertical-transportation industry, he said he looks forward to helping his new employers “go to new heights.”
