Innocore Pro Elevator Inc., headquartered in Flushing, NY, tells ELEVATOR WORLD it installed two passenger elevators for Trio, a recently completed 10-story residential building at 27-19 Thomson Avenue in Long Island City (LIC), Queens. One is an overhead traction unit traveling at 350 ft/min. with 3500-lb capacity making 11 stops. It is outfitted with a Torin drive, TPM4 machine, ESI controller, GAL door equipment and Hollister-Whitney safeties. The other is a dual holeless rope hydraulic unit traveling at 100 ft/min. with 3500-lb capacity making three stops. Suppliers for this unit include Canton (elevator package), ESI (controller), GAL (door equipment) and Hollister-Whitney (safeties). New York YIMBY reported in November that Trio, designed by MY Architecture and developed by Thomson Development, had completed construction, with Warner Construction Services as general contractor.
