Kings III Announces Partnership With Wurtec

Wurtec, a global supplier of tools, components and solutions for the elevator industry, has partnered with Kings III Emergency Communications, a privately-owned emergency response company based in Coppell, Texas, to improve the emergency communications market of elevator video messaging systems (VMS). This partnership will address the significant changes to elevator emergency communication requirements from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), International Building Code (IBC), New York Building Code and others. The two companies aim to provide faster, more efficient VMS solutions through their more than three decades of shared experience in the elevator industry. The companies will provide advanced training to significantly reduce technical support wait times and implementation bottlenecks, as well as streamlined emergency communications with nationwide consistency in monitoring services. The partnership aims to grow towards enhancing hardware warranty options, reducing costly repairs and massive capital investment from the customer.
