KONE to Provide 28 Elevators for London Life-Science Campus

KONE announced on February 6 that it booked an order to supply a total of 28 elevators — 27 MonoSpace® 700 DX machine-room-less and one MonoSpace 500 DX high-performance units for TRIBECA, London’s largest purpose-built life-science campus. Located in the Knowledge Corner in King’s Cross, TRIBECA consists of four buildings with approximately 1 million ft2 of high-quality workspace, state-of-the-art laboratories, residential, retail, green space and amenities. The development by Reef Group aims to meet high environmental standards, incorporating energy-efficient systems, green roofs and sustainable materials. All TRIBECA’s buildings will be in accordance with London Energy Transformation Initiative principles. It also seeks to promote new innovations and stimulate economic growth in the U.K.
