KONE to Showcase Five Key Innovations at BEX Asia 2022

KONE plans to showcase five key innovations at its booth in the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) Pavilion at Built Environment Xpo (BEX) Asia 2022 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on September 6-8. KONE Singapore Managing Director Sylvia Koh-Gratton said the products on display are “innovative solutions that deliver superior energy and circularity performance,” enhance user safety and maximize building efficiency, regardless of age. They are: DX Class elevators, which allow application programming interface (API) integration with third-party, smart office and home solutions; 24/7 Connected Services, which uses cloud-based services and AI to provide analytics that can prevent elevators and escalator breakdowns; Lane, an award-winning turnstile and access solution that reduces the floorspace requirement of a traditional turnstile by 90%; UltraRope^TM, a durable, energy-efficient elevator suspension means being installed at Marina Bay Sands that is up to 90% lighter than traditional steel ropes; and JumpLift^TM, an elevator solution that speeds the flow of people and materials during construction.
