Lerch Bates Announces Management Moves and More

(l-r) Yawger, Kretchmer and Dietz

Lerch Bates (LB), a rapidly growing consultancy based in Englewood, Colorado, recently announced management moves, new hires and expanded offices. In NYC, LB named 13-year industry veteran Andrew Yawger as area vice president and, in Chicago, Nick Kretchmer as general manager for the Upper Midwest. On the west coast, LB Vice President Ken Dietz led the expansion of the company’s existing presence in Las Vegas and Los Angeles with a newly opened operations center and an extended multidisciplinary technical consulting office, respectively. An employee-owned organization, LB grew revenue organically by more than 15% in 2022 and increased its staff in consulting, engineering, business development, leadership and support with more than 60 new hires nationwide. The 75-year-old consultancy acquired three companies in recent years, expanding its vertical-transportation and logistics expertise to include enclosures, structures, façades, property loss, expert witness, pedestrian circulation, infrastructure, transit and more.
