Liftinstituut Hosting Webinar on New Machinery Regulation

Liftinstituut is hosting a webinar titled Transition to the New Machinery Regulation – Spring 2024 on April 25 and May 16. The webinar will be hosted by certification specialists Willem Kasteleijn and Tijmen Molema with a focus on manufacturers, from components manufacturers to complete systems manufacturers. R&D engineers, certification managers, compliance engineers and regulatory engineers among others can benefit greatly from the informative updates of this webinar. The webinar will focus on the forthcoming transition from the Machinery Directive to the new Machinery Regulation as the European Commission’s recent publication of the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 signifies a shift in compliance standards. The new regulation will replace the existing Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and introduces important technical and procedural changes.
