LIV LUX Residential Tower Begins Construction in Dubai Marina

LIV Developers has begun construction on LIV LUX, a ground-plus-47-floor luxury residential tower in Dubai Marina, Construction Week reports. LIV Developers’ second residential launch in Dubai Marina in the past year, LIV LUX was designed by Atkins, the firm behind Burj Al Arab, the Dubai Opera, Marsa Al Arab and more. Upon completion in the latter part of 2026, the property will offer homes from one to four bedrooms, as well as a 2,508-m2 amenities floor with a lap pool, putting green, outdoor cinema and beauty salon. Signature and penthouse units will receive complementary access to Dubai’s largest beach resort. The latest “smart home” technology will also be incorporated.
