Louisville-Based Madden Elevator Joins AEG

American Elevator Group (AEG), one of the fastest-growing groups of elevator providers in the U.S., confirmed its acquisition of Louisville, Kentucky-based Madden Elevator today. Maven Group facilitated the transaction on behalf of Madden, founded by CEO Sean Madden and serving Louisville and surrounding areas for more than 10 years. Madden said the company has experienced strong growth as an independent elevator service provider, and looks forward to building on an already-strong foundation as “part of AEG’s impressive business portfolio.”  Welcoming Madden and his team to AEG, AEG President Bryan Clairmont said Madden Elevator is “a highly respected service business and a valuable addition to our team.”
