Man Found Dead In NYC Restaurant’s Elevator Shaft

A woman who tried to use an elevator at a restaurant in NYC’s Chinatown discovered a body jammed between the elevator car and its hoistway wall, Latin Times reported on July 6. First responders called to the scene arrived to find a 28-year-old man between the first and second floors of the elevator shaft. Authorities had to cut through the wall to retrieve the body.
