Marine Innovations Names Magana Elevator Inspector

Inclined elevator installer Marine Innovations announces the addition of Omar Magana as elevator inspector with the Frazee, Minnesota-based company. This addition will expand Marine Innovations’ inclined elevator expertise, performing inspections and plan reviews. Magana started his career as an elevator mechanic in his home state of California. He has served in many positions, including mechanic, foreman, project manager and construction supervisor with a number of companies: Otis Elevator, Coast Elevator and Schindler. Most recently, Magana served as inspector for the City of Minneapolis, an elevator industry overwatch firm with which he spent 11 years — five as lead inspector. He has a total 37 years in the elevator industry. In his free time, Magana enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, traveling, and volunteering. He and his wife, Silvi, make their home in Coon Rapids and Frazee, Minnesota. Marine Innovations is a premier manufacturer of trams and inclined elevators for North America, Central America and the Caribbean. The company is motivated to assist clients promoting site views and notable waterfronts since 1991.
