Maven Group’s Sachsenheimer Reflects on Fruitful 2023

Sachsenheimer

Dominik Sachsenheimer, president and CEO of Jupiter, Florida-based Maven Group, LLC, recently reflected on a fruitful 2023 in a letter to associates. The year included nine transactions representing company owners from Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey and Texas as business ownership transitioned to different entities. Highlights included representing A-1 Elevator and Pinnacle Elevator, both based in New Orleans, in their sale to Elevators Services LLC (ESI). “These transactions were particularly interesting as they expanded ESI’s service offerings to the Southeast region,” Sachsenheimer observed. The Maven team also assisted the Mianabi family in transitioning family business Dallas-based A&F Elevator Co. to an elevator entrepreneur. “It was fascinating to broker a deal that did not involve any of the traditional elevator companies while providing a new owner the opportunity to build on the family’s accomplishments,” Sachsenheimer said, adding that 2024 promises to be exciting with “continued interest in the elevator trade from various investors.”
