MESA Meeting Packs the House for Lively Roundtable

The panel was moderated by Abel Elevator Consulting CEO and MESA President Corinne Nawrocki.

More than 40 attendees packed Jake n Joes Sports Grille in Norwood, Massachusetts, on May 14 for the monthly meeting of the Massachusetts Elevator Safety Association (MESA). A roundtable format was utilized to explore the topic “Elevator Relationships With Commercial Real Estate Ownership.” The ownership roundtable was headed by Dave Guadet from Boston University, Richie LeBlanc from Oxford Properties Group, Marie O’Brien from National Development and Michael Tibbetts from Taurus Management Services, LLC. The panel was moderated by Abel Elevator Consulting CEO and MESA President Corinne Nawrocki. Discussion topics included communication, transparency, the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety, industry knowledge and the safety of International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 4 members.
