For its summer kickoff, Massachusetts Elevator Safety Association (MESA) held an event at the Draper Elevator Interiors factory and showroom in Holbrook, Massachusetts, on June 9. Hosted by the Giblin family, which has owned and operated Draper since 1996, the day took the place of MESA’s regular meeting and included a tour of factory and showroom and a food truck by ThankQue Catering of Walpole, Massachusetts, that served delicious barbecue and cold beverages. MESA’s summer schedule includes the Annual Boat Ride on July 21, which is sold out, and the upcoming Annual Golf Outing on August 17. Details about the golf event can be found at the MESA website. — reported by Matthew Jackson
