Metro Elevator Establishes Raleigh-Durham Location

Metro Elevator, a certified veteran-owned business specializing in maintenance, repair, modernization and new installation of hydraulic elevators, traction elevators and escalators, has announced the opening of a Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, location. The office is being led by President K.B. Bailey and Vice President of Operations Todd Behner, who together have more than 55 years of vertical-transportation industry experience. Bailey comes to Metro from Schindler, where he held various roles for more than eight years, most recently territory vice president based in Atlanta. Prior to that, he was an Otis branch sales manager in Raleigh, North Carolina, and a sales representative for Virginia Elevator Co., Inc., in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to joining Metro, Behner was at Otis for nearly 17 years, holding roles including superintendent, senior service adjuster and branch service manager. He was a regional adjuster at TK Elevator for more than six years and holds various certifications, including QEI certification from NAESA International.
