NAEC Hires Certification Manager, CRM Specialist

The National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) has hired Laura Cox as certification manager and Sabrina Tylor as customer relationship management (CRM) specialist, it announced in its latest Mainline newsletter. Cox will be working on continuing education, certification programs and sourcing speakers for the association’s conference and convention. She has a BA in History from Agnes Scott College and planning certifications and has worked in association management since 2007. Taylor has spent more than 15 years in the nonprofit industry supporting various aspects of the market.
