NEII Launches PPE Challenge to Promote Inclusivity

National Elevator Industry, Inc. (NEII), has launched its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Challenge on its social media channels, including @NEII_Tweets, promoting agreement among its members to provide size- and gender-inclusive PPE and uniform options to comfortably fit every employee. NEII is also asking companies and organizations that provide PPE options to retweet or share social media stories that illustrate their support of equity and inclusion in their workplaces. As fall approaches, the PPE Challenge will continue to play a role in NEII’s messaging as it is a partner in Construction Inclusion Week on October 18-21.
