New Jersey-Headquartered VDA Acquires NYC-Based Omega Industries

vda® Elevator & Escalator Consulting, headquartered in East Hanover, New Jersey, with more than 30 branch offices around the country, announced the acquisition of NYC-based Omega Industries Inc. on March 15. Led by owners Greg DeCola and Dan Hrivnak, “longtime and well-respected industry professionals,” Omega has grown tremendously over the past 10 years, VDA observed. Welcoming DeCola and Hrivnak to the VDA team, VDA said the acquisition reflects VDA’s “commitment to providing our clients with a vast array of resources while maintaining quality and professionalism.”
