Officials have obtained an occupancy to open Forest Tower, a 120-m-tall office building in Warsaw, Poland, Eurobuild reports. Built under developer HB Reaves of Slovak, the high-rise building is part of the Forest office campus that includes 78,000 m2. The project, which began about 2-1/2 years ago, was started in an inaccessible location. The developers designed the complex inspired by nature and biophilic trends in a courtyard open to the public and surrounded it with 200 mature trees and a large spread of planted shrubs. Forest Tower offers 55,000 m2 of leasable space, while the lower-rise office buildings, completed a year ago, contain an additional 23,000 m2. The complex, which was designed by HRA Architekci studio, has obtained BREEAM and Well certification.
