Next NAESA Inspector Trainee Program Begins January 21

NAESA International has announced that the next Inspector Trainee Program class begins on January 21, 2025. The program was developed to assist hiring authorities with QEI code level training for future elevator inspectors. This one-year program is intended to help fulfill the inspector in training requirements to become a QEI Inspector. The goal is to provide a structured, standardized educational approach with the elevator codes and standards. The program is delivered via 4-h online sessions every two weeks. The trainee will work side by side with their hiring authority, which will provide mentorships and supervision through various documented on the job training events. This practical on the job training is designed to prepare students for success as a Qualified Elevator Inspectors, equipping them with the basic skills and knowledge to handle real works challenges.
