Omnia Vinyl Directors Become 3m-Endorsed Installers

Gareth Watkinson and Richard Whiteley, directors of Swindon, U.K.-headquartered Omnia Vinyl, Ltd., have qualified as 3M-endorsed architectural vinyl installers after receiving additional training and passing a written exam, Watkinson announced on LinkedIn. “[Whiteley] is now the only qualified lift engineer/technician in the U.K. who is also a 3M-endorsed installer,” Watkinson states. This means, he says, that Whiteley’s knowledge and experience will help ensure that 3M DI-NOCTM architectural vinyl will be installed to the highest standards and that the lift is “correctly and, more importantly, safely controlled during the wrapping process.”
