Otis Again Named a DiversityInc Noteworthy Company

Farmington, Connecticut-headquartered global OEM Otis has been named to the DiversityInc list of Noteworthy Companies for the third straight year. Washington, D.C.-based DiversityInc, a for-profit organization that promotes gender and ethnic diversity in the corporate workplace, also ranked Otis 10th on a list of 27 companies with boards of directors with strong diversity involvement and practices. Since 2001, U.S. employers have participated in the DiversityInc survey to evaluate their efforts to create fairness in their ranks, promote supplier diversity and pursue philanthropic endeavors. For the 2023 survey, 157 U.S. employers with 8.3 million employees provided data about leadership accountability, human capital diversity metrics, talent programs, workforce practices, supplier diversity and philanthropy.
