The Otis Asia Pacific team spent a week in Jakarta, Indonesia, recently to hold its first 2023 strategic review, recognize top sales performers and give back to the local community, Otis Asia Pacific President Stephane de Montivault said on LinkedIn. Otis Indonesia hosted the group, which spent time identifying priorities and challenges and spent an afternoon with the youngsters of SOS Children’s Village, part of an organization that provides humanitarian and developmental assistance to children in need. “It was enriching helping build for them and tickling their creative minds through the launch of the Otis Asia Pacific ‘Little Engineers’ program,” de Montivault said. In addition to an evening awards ceremony for significant contributors to 2022 growth, the Otis Asia Pacific team connected with more than 150 colleagues during a Town Hall event hosted by Otis Indonesia General Manager Pak Joseph Hasnan. During the Town Hall, Otis Asia Pacific kicked off its Service Transformation to digitally enable field staff across Indonesia and launched the deployment of electric motorcycles as part of the company’s environmental, social and governance goals.
