Otis CEO Signs Letter to Mark International Day of Persons With Disabilities

Marks

Otis Chair, CEO and President Judy Marks joined other global business leaders on December 2 in signing the CEO Letter on Disability Inclusion by Disability:IN, a leading organization for advancing equality and inclusion for people with disabilities worldwide. By signing the letter, Marks expands the relationship between the two organizations: Otis has been a corporate member of Disability:IN since becoming an independent company in 2020. As part of the agreement, Otis commits to three key actions: participate in the annual Disability Equality Index, a corporate benchmarking tool for disability equality; share important information on disability inclusion that details its impact on business performance; and acknowledge that Otis is aware of increasing investor interest in understanding how companies are inclusive of people with disabilities. Otis was also recently named to the Forbes World’s Best Employers list.
