Otis MRL Elevators for Dubai Luxury Residential Project

Working with general contractor Naresco Contracting LLC, Otis provided 13 machine-room-less (MRL) Gen2® elevators for Torino by ORO24, a new luxury residential development in Arjan, Dubai, Otis Director of Sales & Marketing Middle East, Türkiye and Commonwealth of Independent States Ehtesham Ahmed tells ELEVATOR WORLD. The National Engineering Bureau served as consultant. Traveling at 1 m/s, the units have capacities ranging from 675 kg to 1600 kg. Developed by ORO24 Developments, the five-story complex includes 625 homes spread across six blocks and world-class amenities such as a lazy river, jogging track and cinema. Upon announcing the project’s completion, Ahmed congratulated ORO24 founder Atif Rahman and General Manager Pradeep Kumar on a “remarkable achievement that sets new benchmarks in luxury living.”
