Otis Names Connors to Its Worldwide BoD

Otis announced on October 24 it has named Nelda Connors to its worldwide Board of Directors (BoD), and she is joining the board’s Audit and Compensation Committee. Currently CEO of Pine Grove Holdings, a woman- and minority-owned, privately held investment company, Connors has held executive and management positions in the diversified industrial and automotive sectors, including president and CEO of Atkore International Inc., formerly the electrical and metal products division of Tyco International. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Dayton in Ohio, Connors has been named to the Forbes 50 Over 50 for Investment, Inc.’s Most Influential Corporate Directors, and Black Enterprise‘s Top 75 Powerful Women in Business. “It’s an honor to join Otis, a world-renowned company that touches the lives of billions every day,” Connors said.
