Otis Vietnam announced on July 8 it has been awarded a contract to provide and service four SkyRise® and 24 AriseTM elevators for LUMIÈRE Evergreen, a 40-story luxury apartment tower developed by Masterise Homes in Hanoi. Installation is slated for completion in October 2025, and Otis Vietnam will service the units through June 2028. Otis’ most advanced high-rise elevator, SkyRise features industry-leading technology and space-saving design. Its controller employs adaptive motion profiling to adjust the acceleration rate, thus conserving energy, while a patented control algorithm ensures a smooth ride. Further maximizing energy efficiency, Arise has Otis’ patented ReGenTM drive, which recycles energy for use in other building systems. Located in Hanoi’s western city center, LUMIÈRE Evergreen is the third elevator project Otis Vietnam has handled for Masterise Homes in Hanoi in the past few years.
