Otis VT System for High-End Residential Towers in Dubai’s MBR City

Otis will equip Sobha Creek Vista Heights in Dubai’s Mohammed bin Rashid (MBR) City with a vertical-transportation (VT) system that includes 22 Skyrise® elevators with speeds of up to 6 m/s, Otis recently announced. The units will have the Compass® 360 destination control system and the EMS Panorama 2.0 elevator management system. A property of prolific local developer Sobha Realty, Sobha Creek Vista Heights consists of a pair of 64-story residential towers that boast uninterrupted 360° views of the Burj Khalifa, downtown Dubai, the Ra Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Dubai Creek and Meydan Racecourse. Upon announcing the contract, Otis observed, “This partnership will help Otis strengthen its presence in the real estate market in this location and with Sobha Realty.”
