Peelle Employees Transition to New Roles

(l-r) Christina Ott and Courtney Trotter

Courtney Trotter and Christina Ott, who both joined Brampton, Ontario-based The Peelle Co. in 2021, have transitioned to inside salesperson and lead estimator for passenger doors, respectively. Trotter came to Peelle from a glass business, with 13 years’ experience in customer service who rose up to inside account manager. At Peelle, she became parts administrator, forwarding paint samples, creating sales binders and materials for tradeshows and entering and shipping orders. As inside salesperson, Trotter will work with customers on a deeper level, providing pricing and support for their freight elevator doors needs. Ott previously worked in office equipment technologies, managing IT services, cloud-based phone systems and print services. With the pandemic prompting more people to work from home and making office equipment less important, Ott sought a change in career. She was recommended to Peelle by Passenger Door Team Leader Matt Bergman and, as lead estimator, is tasked with “providing timely estimates to make the sales process as pain-free as possible.”
