Permits Filed For 68-Story Tower In Midtown Manhattan

Sioni Group has filed permits to build a 68-story, 742-ft-tall mixed-use tower at 100 West 37th Street in Midtown Manhattan, NYC, New York YIMBY reports. The lot is between Broadway and Sixth Avenue, three blocks north of the Herald Square subway station. On the drawing board are 300 residences within 297,301 ft2 and 86,817 ftfor commercial space. The average size of the residences — 911 ft2 — suggests condos. C3D Architecture is the architect of record for the concrete-based structure, which would also have two cellar levels. Neither a construction timeline nor renderings have been released.
