An exclusive, 35,000-ft2 “ultra penthouse” at the planned Regent Residences Dubai in Dubai Marasi Marina incorporates both a private elevator and a private infinity pool, bringing luxury to new levels in the U.A.E. city known for opulence, CNN is among outlets to report. The 43-ft “sky pool” will link the development’s two, 591-ft-tall skyscrapers, worth approximately US$1 billion and scheduled for completion in 2027. Foster + Partners’ design was inspired by cascading water, and incorporates staggered pool terraces for each of Regent Residences Dubai’s 63 residences. Homes are priced starting at approximately US$10 million each, and the plan also includes 10 floating “water villa” homes. The developers are real estate company Sankari and IGH Hotels & Resorts.
