Russian Elevator Manufacturer To Produce Premium Units

Russian elevator manufacturer Meteor (part of S8 Capital Holding and formerly Otis) will produce premium Aurus elevators developed by the designers of Aurus cars — the Central Scientific Research Automobile and Automotive Engines Institute (NAMI), Oreanda reports. Meteor signed an agreement to use the Aurus design trademark with NAMI at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 5-8. Aurus elevators will be manufactured at the Meteor Lift plant, which Meteor CEO Igor Mayorov said “guarantees its reliability, durability, as well as comfortable and safe movement of users
