SaaS Company Automated Integration Is Now Total Service

The Software as a Service (SaaS) company previously named Automated Integration, headquartered in Dallas, has been renamed Total Service after being successfully purchased by Jonas Software. The rebranding is part of a larger strategy that brings Total Service’s 30 years’ industry experience to the forefront while its new identity — designed by award-winning branding firm Lazaris — “reinforces the company’s staying power and commitment to providing customers with best-in-class SaaS experiences across service industries like [heating, ventilation and air conditioning], elevators and beyond.”
