Schindler Appoints President & CEO for India/South Asia

Schindler announced the appointment of Nitin Chalke as the president and CEO for India and South Asia. He rejoins Schindler after more than a decade at Eaton and will be headquartered at the Schindler India head office in Mumbai, Realty+ reports. At Eaton, Chalke held various leadership roles, such as country manager-India, president Asia Pacific – Hydraulics and Vehicles Group and president-North America: Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions. Prior to joining Eaton, Chalke spent a decade of his career with Schindler India. His last role at Schindler was director of Field Operations. “With a proven track record in implementing long-term growth strategies, business transformation and effective team management, Chalke is poised to make substantial contributions to Schindler’s operational excellence and overall strategic vision,” the company said.
