Smartrise Launches New Customer Portal
Smartrise Engineering recently announced the launch of its new customer portal. Customers of the Irvington, Texas-based controller company can log in to the portal after they sign up with a representative. Once logged in, they can track shipments, find all drawings, reports and manuals, and add team members. The portal is meant to streamline the Smartrise experience and will have more features added soon. “We are proud of the development and launch of this portal,” said Smartrise General Manager Juliette Burns. Burns added that because of its accessibility of information, the portal will make working with Smartrise easier than before.
