TEI Group has won a contract to furnish, install and maintain three gearless traction elevators at the HALO development, a three-tower, high-rise residential project on Washington Street in Newark, New Jesey. Hong Kong-based ATAL reported the news about its associate company in a recent edition of its Voice of ATAL publication. The HALO’s three towers will contain a total of 949 rental apartments and various amenities and range from 38 to 46 stories. Upon completion, the development will be among the tallest buildings in the city. Phase 1 of the project, the 36-story tower, is expected to be completed by winter 2024.
