Texas’ RICO Elevators Earns State Safety Award

RICO Elevators, Inc., headquartered in Dickinson, Texas, earned the Award of Safety Excellence 2022 from Texas Mutual Insurance Co. Texas Mutual recognizes policyholders like RICO that share its vision to proactively prevent workplace accidents. “Employee safety and health should be a core value of every organization,” Texas Mutual observes. “[RICO Elevators’] safety record demonstrates your commitment to providing a work environment where employees can feel safe and remain productive.” RICO provides sales, service, support and parts for residential, commercial, industrial and offshore drilling installation elevators. It recently partnered with Waupaca Elevators (now Fox Valley ElevatorTM) to expand its residential offerings. RICO Elevators Office Manager Brandon Toole says the company is very proud of the achievement, and observes an extreme focus in safety “starts at the very top of our company and trickles all the way down to the newest person who is hired taking a safe approach to all work being performed.”
