The Peelle Co. Announces a Retirement and a New Hire

The Peelle Co. recently announced the retirement of Canada Regional Sales Manager Karen Long and the hiring of Salvatore “Sal” Severini III, who joins the NYC sales team. Severini grew up across the river from NYC in Union, New Jersey, where he currently lives. He attended Rutgers University School of Engineering in Brunswick, New Jersey, graduating in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in industrial/systems engineering. After graduation, Severini worked as an associate consultant with Turtle & Hughes electrical and industrial distribution company. Long began her career with Peelle in 1986 as an engineering secretary. Within a few years, she worked her way up to sales secretary, then sales representative, before holding her most recent position. Long and her husband, Darin, are retiring to their lake house in Canada’s Kawartha Region, where they look forward to spending time with their grandchildren and enjoying outdoor activities.
