Three new towers designed by Nichols Architects of Coral Gables, Florida, are part of a five-tower, master-planned community envisioned by developers Falcone Group CEO Art Falcone and Merrimac Ventures Managing Partner Nitin Motwani at the 27-acres Miami Worldcenter in Park West, Miami, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat reports. If approved by the Miami Urban Development Review Board, the towers — two 68 stories tall and the other approximately 25 stories — would bring 2,600 residences and 3,000 ft2 of ground-level retail to Miami World Towers, joining a tower that is already under construction. The 68-story towers would offer upper-floor and rooftop residential amenities. All Miami World Towers properties would be joined by a podium and a garage with parking for 810 vehicles.
