TK Elevator (TKE) announced on June 27 the launch of the MAX system in Dubai, U.A.E., bringing it to the Middle East, Zawya reports. MAX cloud-based maintenance data and insights are meant to add value for building owners, property managers and maintenance personnel, resulting in improved operations and increased availability of elevators, escalators and moving walks, the company says. TKE’s digital system includes the MAX and AGILE platforms, catering to the needs of building operations and people experience, respectively. Smart Maintenance is to be launched in the Middle East region as the flagship product of the MAX range. Economic growth and infrastructural development in the Middle East mean more projects that require vertical-transportation equipment that, with MAX, can be managed from a single, comprehensive platform. The company noted that the MAX system is designed for use in new buildings as well as in older structures.
