Well-Being Workshop for Small Organizations To Be Hosted in Cardiff

As part of its charitable work, British Safety Council (BSC) is offering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and micro-sized organizations in Cardiff, U.K., the chance to attend a 3-h workshop – delivered by their Being Well Together experts – to explore how to develop a wellbeing strategy. BSC launched its Keep Thriving campaign to help improve the well-being of workers within and outside of the workplace. Its goal is for workers to thrive in a well-being-driven environment by harnessing the skills, talents, individuality and contribution of every employee. The free workshop – to be held on March 11 at Leonardo Hotel, Cardiff – will look at why well-being matters, different ways to improve employee well-being and how smaller organizations, in particular, can develop a well-being strategy that works for them. Applications can be submitted online.
