Consolidated Elevator Joins AEG

Karl Reeves, Jr.

Consolidated Elevator, headquartered in Long Island City and serving all five NYC boroughs for more than 50 years, received an investment from American Elevator Group (AEG), which consists of independent elevator companies across 21 states, AEG announced on May 11. Consolidated Elevator CEO Karl Reeves, Jr. said the investment will allow his company to capitalize on growth opportunities. “The strength and resources available to us as part of AEG will guarantee that we achieve our true potential,” Reeves said. Welcoming Reeves and his team, AEG President C. Mark Boelhouwer said Consolidated’s good reputation is “a testament to the leadership of the Revesz family.”
